These billing terms describe the current Starter checkout path and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
Secure checkout
Starter workspace setup may require successful payment through a secure third-party checkout provider before the company workspace opens.
Plans and availability
Starter is available through secure checkout. Pro and Scale plans may require a rollout conversation, company access code, or manual approval.
Payment processing
Payment details are handled by the billing provider. TradesUpHQ stores subscription and billing status needed to operate the workspace, not full card numbers.
Cancellation and billing support
For plan changes, cancellation requests, failed payments, duplicate checkout attempts, or billing questions, contact support@tradesuphq.com.
Pricing changes
Pricing, plan packaging, billing controls, and account administration may be adjusted as TradesUpHQ moves toward public launch.
