Data is used to provide contractor operations workflows, authenticate users, support company workspaces, process billing and payments, maintain audit trails, improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and provide pilot support.
Service providers
TradesUpHQ may use third-party service providers and subprocessors for hosting, database services, authentication, email, payment processing, analytics, error monitoring, and other operational needs. These providers should only receive data needed to perform their services.
Customer and business data
Companies are responsible for the customer, employee, job, and business records they enter into TradesUpHQ. TradesUpHQ uses that data to operate the workspace and does not treat pilot customer records as public information.

TradesUpHQ uses practical security controls such as authenticated access, company scoping, role-aware surfaces, audit-oriented records, and guarded service integrations. This pilot notice does not claim any external certification or compliance status.
