TradesUpHQ may collect account information, company profile details, employee and technician records, customer records, job details, estimates, invoices, payments metadata, inventory records, messages, device and browser information, and support communications.

How data is used

Data is used to provide contractor operations workflows, authenticate users, support company workspaces, process billing and payments, maintain audit trails, improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and provide pilot support.

Service providers

TradesUpHQ may use third-party service providers and subprocessors for hosting, database services, authentication, email, payment processing, analytics, error monitoring, and other operational needs. These providers should only receive data needed to perform their services.

Customer and business data

Companies are responsible for the customer, employee, job, and business records they enter into TradesUpHQ. TradesUpHQ uses that data to operate the workspace and does not treat pilot customer records as public information.
