TradesUpHQ Terms of Service
These terms are provided for pilot use and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
Use of TradesUpHQ
TradesUpHQ provides software tools for contractor operations, including workflows for customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, communications, inventory, and related business records. Pilot access may change as the product is tested and hardened.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other companies, upload unlawful content, or use TradesUpHQ in a way that compromises safety, security, or tenant separation.
Account responsibility
Each company is responsible for the users it invites, the accuracy of its business data, account access, role assignments, and activity performed under its workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription, trial, plan, payment, cancellation, and billing support terms may be shown during signup or billing setup. Payment processing may be handled by third-party billing providers.
No warranty and limitation of liability
TradesUpHQ is provided during pilot use without a final public-launch warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradesUpHQ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from pilot use of the service.
